Sold Out

Are tickets available if it says sold out under a date and time?  NO, our buses can only hold a certain amount of people, once it's sold out there is nothing we can do to accomodate.  Your only option is to keep an eye on the ticketing page to see if something comes up.  

21 and UP

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?  You must be 21+ to attend and valid photo ID is required as proof of age, no exceptions. 

Weather

What happens if it rains?   You get wet.  This is a rain or shine event.  No refunds due to inclement weather.  See cancellation policy for event cancellations.

Transportation and Parking

What are my transport/parking options getting to check in and loading at 600 N. Clark St.?  Pick up location at 600 N. Clark is walking distance from a variety of CTA bus and train lines. Public parking located on the corners of Ohio and Franklin, Franklin and Erie, and Erie and Wells. 
Can I purchase a ticket and use my own transportation?  No. Due to the nature of our tour and under no circumstances are you allowed to provide your own transportation.  No exceptions.  Ticketed guests will be checked in at loading only and checked out at departure in Chicago.  A purchased ticket will not be honored for any party who uses alternate transportation.

Alcohol and Other Policies

What can/can't I bring to the event?  No glass items allowed at any point during the day.  Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus to Indiana.  All bags boarding charter will be checked before admittance. Riverside Rentals and Cannonball Productions reserves the right to revoke event participation to any individual who does not follow the alcohol policy.  No coolers or alcohol allowed in the cabin of the charter.  All coolers and alcohol to be stored under the bus. No pets. No one under the age of 21 years old will be permitted under any circumstances. 

Are bathrooms available during the tour? 
There are public bathrooms in the McDonalds near loading zone, on the bus, the scheduled rest area, Riverside Rentals, and park. It is recommended to use the bus bathroom only as an emergency. 

What do I do with personal belongings during the event? 
We recommend carrying all valuables with you during the day or bringing as little as possible with you. The bus will be locked or secured by a chauffeur at all times during the day should you choose to leave anything on the bus. All personal items are your responsibility. 

Group Rates

Is there a group rate offered?  For groups of 20+ more tickets purchased at one time we offer a group rate.  Once you choose your date and time you can contact us with your request.

Ticket Policies

Transfers

Is my registration/ticket transferrable to another person?  Your ticket IS transferable to another individual 21+. To do this, please email your ticket to the person replacing you and have them check in under your reservation. No name change on the ticket/reservation is required. 
Is my registration/ticket transferrable to another event date and time?  Your ticket is NOT transferable to another date/time after 24 hours from purchase (point of sale).  If your new event date request is 45+ days or more out a transfer is available but may incur a $25 transfer fee. Absolutely no tranfers made within 45 days of your scheduled event date. No exceptions.  

Refunds

Is my purchase refundable?  Cannonball Productions honors refund requests that are made within 24 hours of purchase (point of sale). Refunds will not be given, under any circumstances, after the initial 24 hour purchase period. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss an event. Purchasers will be notified prior to canceled or rescheduled tour. Canceled tours will be fully refunded.
How do I request a refund if I purchased a voucher through a third party like Groupon, LivingSocial, etc?  Each third party vendor, such as Groupon or LivingSocial, have their own terms and conditions for refund.  You must contact their customer support to request your refund.  If your purchase (point of sale for ticket) was not made directly through our ticketing site, we have no way to issue your refund.

Cancellations 

What's the cancellation policy? 
There is a chance your tour could be cancelled. If your tour is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or any other reason, you will be notified, with the email used to reserve your ticket, within the hour the decision is made to cancel.
