Our commitment
We are working to make this website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our technical goal and continue to review the site as it changes.
This statement describes our current efforts. It is not a claim that every page or third-party service fully meets every accessibility requirement.

When reporting a website issue, tell us which page or feature caused the problem and what you were trying to do. If you wish, include your browser or assistive technology and how you would like us to contact you. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
Using this website
- Use the “Skip to content” link to move past the navigation.
- Navigate links and controls with the keyboard. Focus indicators show where you are.
- Use the review and gallery arrow buttons without swiping. Escape closes the gallery image viewer.
- Zoom in or use a narrow screen to read content in a single column where appropriate.
- Turn on your device’s reduced-motion preference to reduce animation and disable the expanding panorama effect.
- Form fields have labels and written error messages. Phone and email links offer another way to reach us.
Review and ongoing improvements
Our September 2026 review includes automated accessibility checks and manual checks of keyboard interactions, responsive layouts, text spacing, forms, and motion. Automated checks cannot identify every accessibility barrier. A full independent conformance assessment and testing with people using a range of screen readers have not been completed.
We welcome feedback and will use reported barriers to guide improvements.
Third-party services
Appointment scheduling opens on Calendly. Social media and travel partner links also lead to websites operated by other organizations. Those services have their own accessibility features and limitations and were not included in our website review. If a linked service is difficult to use, call or email us so we can help you directly.
Browser support
The site uses standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We reviewed it in a Chromium-based browser. Some interactive features, including the gallery viewer and inquiry form, require JavaScript; direct phone and email contact remain available. We have not verified every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology.
